TAV's three airports to receive service quality awards

Ankara Esenboğa, Skopje, and Zagreb airports have been recognized among the best airports in the Airport Service Quality (ASQ) Awards by the Airports Council International (ACI World). These awards, determined by passenger evaluations, were presented to the winners at a ceremony held in Incheon, South Korea.

Ankara Esenboğa, Skopje, and Zagreb airports, operated by TAV Airports, a member of Groupe ADP, were named as the "best airports" in their respective categories according to passenger evaluations. The awards were presented at a ceremony held during the ACI Customer Experience Global Summit in Incheon, South Korea, this year.

During the summit, which brought together leading aviation professionals from around the world, Candemir Akyıldız, the Airports Director of TAV Airports , participated as a panelist in the session themed "customer experience."

TAV Airports COO Kürşad Koçak  stated, "As TAV Airports, our global footprint extends to 108 airports in 29 countries. In every area where we operate, we strive to provide the best travel experience by closely monitoring the needs and expectations of passengers. We are delighted to be honored with these awards, which are determined directly by passenger feedback. I would like to thank all our employees who contributed to this success."

Furthermore, the three airports were also awarded in special categories introduced this year. Skopje Airport was named "the cleanest airport in Europe," while Zagreb and Skopje received awards in the categories of "airport with the most special staff" and "easiest airport journey," respectively. Ankara Esenboğa and Skopje airports were also recognized as "the most enjoyable airports" in Europe.

The ASQ program, created by the Airports Council International (ACI World), provides tools to measure passenger satisfaction, operational performance, and airport service quality. ASQ winners were determined based on the results of surveys conducted with 465,000 passengers.
