Internship opportunities are available for high school and university students at TAV Group at different times of the year. At the end of the internship period, the interns -who are found eligible (with regard to the criteria of corporate culture, competencies of TAV and ability to yield added value) upon the concerned evaluations and in parallel with corporate requirements- are accepted in “Career Support Program for Interns” and get prepared for professional life.

Presentations are made for the students who do not have the chance to do internship at TAV Group during career days and relevant events at the universities, besides questions from the students about TAV Group and aviation industry are responded.
