Ankara Esenboğa Airport

Esenboğa Airport, the main gate to Ankara, the capital city of Türkiye, began providing service in 2006 with its new and modern terminal building gathering the domestic and international terminals under one roof. Esenboğa Airport has a strong domestic network and continuously works to connect the capital to rest of the world with direct flights. It became the first ever carbon-neutral airport in Türkiye in 2012. Following the tender held in December 2022, TAV Airports extended its concession period until May 2050 and begin works to further develop the airport.
